20%. But I go to Bart's Barbershop, in the Weatherly Bldg. on Morrison. He's the best.

I'm not trying to be a dick, but why not buy some cheap clippers and do it yourself? I realize it wouldn't do the hair-cutting businesses any good if every buzz-cut wearer did this, but it's what I would do.

For the record, I pay 7 dollars for my haircuts at 7 Bucks a Whack, so I'm not a complete cheapskate.

    $5

I've lived off tips before hence I'm a chronic over-tipper. Only if it's good service.

I went in for my yearly haircut in 2008, Rudy's, buzz cut, $10, tipped $5. It's a three minute haircut tops. But, she took a ridiculous amount of time to be flirty and make everything mega tight and just kept messing with shit. I know she was working me but, I would have tipped her $5 regardless.

I tip $5 for a good cut, but only $2 for a not so good one. At Rudy's, more often than not, it's not so good, in my opinion and experience.

I get sort of a modified buzz cut, so I get charged $12. I tip 2$ for average, and 3$ if I like them. No matter who does it though, I always end up cutting a few "strays" in the mirror myself.

Phagan's on Weidler has a $3 haircut special this month. I had my long hair cut off into a razor cut love-child-of-Thomas-Dolby-and-Laurie-Anderson look. Actually, I asked for the Marla Singer and the guy was an ex-con who knew exactly what I was looking for. I tipped $10.
