I have been known to eat 6 count em SIX bananas in one sitting before... fruit isn't very filling and an apple has only about 80 calories, eat it with some almond butter or a few nuts and that should do the trick!

Apples is the fruit that brought on original sin, and as such, having eating from the forbidden tree you are doomed to a life of unfulfilled desire.

Kinda sucks the wet mop, no?

I feel the exact same way. I think with me it is because it can take so long to eat an apple when I'm sitting at my desk working that I assume it is a large amount of food, when in fact it is not. By the time the snack is done I'm ready for another snack.

Easy. Your apple is made of Marijuana. It's called a Marijuanapple. And YOU are a marijuana ADDICT. I've been meaning to intervene with you about this.

An apple is not a meal. Apples are delicious.

Perhaps you're eating on a very empty stomach and not eating much afterwards. Apples don't cause a huge spike in blood sugar so there shouldn't be the inevitable crash followed by instant hunger (again). Maybe it just ain't enough of a snack?

I eat an apple every morning (sometimes nothing else), and it doesn't make me hungrier. You're tripping!

Starts that digestive cycle going, and a fleshy fruit like those don't fill the belly.
Too many of the little green apples, and you'll have a tummy ache!
