• I feel the exact same way. I think with me it is because it can take so long to eat an apple when I'm sitting at my desk working that I assume it is a large amount of food, when in fact it is not. • Perhaps you're eating on a very empty stomach and not eating much afterwards. Apples don't cause a huge spike in blood sugar so there shouldn't be the inevitable crash followed by instant hunger (again).
